Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in plain language, what 10XFE collects, why, and the choices you have. It describes how the service actually works today. 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT • Account information: your name, email address, optional phone number, and a password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; nobody at 10XFE can read them. • Your introduction: the answers you give during onboarding, and the Member Understanding you confirm or correct. • Conversations: the messages you write to 10XFE and the responses it gives. • Relationship information: people, organizations, notes, promises and Moves you choose to record. • Your Trust Page: the headline, positioning and other details you write for it. • Uploads and links: files, text, links or video links you add as context. • Basic technical information: sign-in session data, and network addresses stored only in one-way hashed form, used to prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated password-reset requests). 2. HOW WE USE IT We use your information only to run 10XFE for you: to sign you in, prepare your Member Understanding, Trust Page draft and recommended Moves, remember what you have confirmed, send account emails (such as email verification and password reset), keep the service secure, and manage Founding access. We do not use your information for advertising. 3. AI PROCESSING 10XFE uses AI models to understand your messages and prepare drafts and recommendations. To do this, the relevant text (and the content of files you upload for extraction) is sent to an AI model provider for processing. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Nothing is published, sent or shared on your behalf without your action. 10XFE remembers only what you explicitly confirm. 4. RELATIONSHIP INFORMATION Relationship records you create are visible only to you (and to 10XFE Owners where needed to operate, secure or support the service). We do not sell relationship records or any other personal information. Only record information about other people that you have a legitimate reason to keep, and respect their privacy. 5. UPLOADS Uploaded files are stored in secure cloud storage and processed to extract text where supported. Do not upload information you are not allowed to share. 6. NOT A CLINICAL SERVICE 10XFE is not a clinical or healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it does not claim HIPAA compliance. Please do not submit medical records or other health information. 7. SERVICE PROVIDERS We rely on necessary infrastructure providers to operate 10XFE: application hosting, a database, cloud file storage, AI model processing, and transactional email delivery. They process information only to provide those services to us. 8. SECURITY We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, single-use expiring links for email verification and password reset, access controls that keep each member's records separate, and rate limits against abuse. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password. 9. RETENTION We keep your information while your account exists. After Founding access ends, your account remains available to view and copy. When you ask us to close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except records we must keep for legal, security, financial or audit reasons. 10. YOUR CHOICES: ACCESS, CORRECTION AND DELETION You can view and correct much of your information directly in 10XFE. To request a copy, a correction, deletion of your information, or closure of your account, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. 11. CHILDREN 10XFE is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it. 12.
