These terms describe the rules for using 10XFE. By creating an account, you agree to them. 1. YOUR ACCOUNT You must be at least 18. Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account. 2. FOUNDING ACCESS 10XFE Founding Members receive full access free for 60 days. The first cohort is limited to 20 members, with up to 50 Founding Members total. After you verify your email, a place is reserved for 7 days while you complete your introduction. Your 60 days begin once you confirm your Member Understanding and your Trust Page draft and first recommended Move exist. When Founding access ends, your account remains available to view and copy your information; creating and editing are paused. Security, privacy and account-closure controls remain available. 3. NO PAYMENT DURING FOUNDING ACCESS Founding access requires no credit card and involves no payment and no automatic charge. We will never charge you without first presenting terms and asking for your clear agreement. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not use 10XFE to break the law, harass or deceive anyone, send spam, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt to access another member's information, or interfere with the service. 5. YOUR CONTENT You own what you write and upload. You give 10XFE permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to share any content, including information about other people. 6. AI LIMITATIONS 10XFE uses AI to prepare understandings, drafts and recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review everything before you rely on it or share it. Nothing is sent, published or shared without your action. 7. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES 10XFE helps you organize relationships and decide what to do next. It does not guarantee any business result, income, referral or opportunity. 8. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE 10XFE does not provide medical, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a clinical service. Consult a qualified professional for those needs. 9. YOUR PUBLIC TRUST PAGE Your Trust Page stays a private draft until you choose to publish it. If you publish it, you are responsible for its content being accurate and lawful. You can edit or unpublish it at any time while your account can make changes, or ask us to remove it. 10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY 10XFE is in its Founding stage. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may pause or end access that violates these terms. 11. ACCOUNT CLOSURE You may ask to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. 12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITS 10XFE is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, 10XFE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. 13.
